Event FAQ

Jubilee

What is the Jubilee?

The Jubilee is a big party to culminate our sesquicentennial anniversary! It's happening Saturday, May 19 from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.

Where will the Jubilee take place?

It will be held in a clear tent—with a wood floor—on the Rowland Hall Steiner Campus grass field.

What does the ticket price include?

Each $100 ticket includes dinner, an open bar, music, dancing, photo booth, and a spectacular view of the city, plus memories to last a lifetime.

What should I wear?

The event is cocktail/party attire—dress as you would for a nice night out or a wedding reception. While the tent has a wood floor, guests will need to walk across part of the grass field to reach the entrance, so keep that in mind when selecting footwear for the evening.

Can I bring my children?

This event is for adults only.

Where can I park?

Parking will be available in the McCarthey Campus south lot (enter on Guardsman Way) or the Steiner Campus lot, adjacent to the soccer fields (enter on Sunnyside). We encourage carpooling or using Lyft or Uber if possible.

Do you need volunteers?

Unlike the auction, this event is not a fundraiser, and we do not need volunteers.

What is the syndicate prize?

One lucky winner will receive a voucher for a Viking River Cruise worth up to $10,000. Learn more about their cruise offerings at https://www.vikingrivercruises.com/.

Can I buy a syndicate ticket even if I won’t be attending the Jubilee?

Yes! The winner does not need to be present at the drawing.

150th Day of School

When is the 150th Day of School?

Friday, May 4, 2018.

What will take place on this day?

The entire student body, faculty, and staff will gather on the McCarthey Campus at 2:45pm for a community activity, cookies, and some announcements from school leaders. Rowland Hall 150 swag will be available for purchase, along with Jubilee and syndicate tickets.

Who can attend?

Parents and alumni are encouraged to join us for the celebration.

Where should I park?

We encourage carpooling or walking to campus if you live nearby. The Steiner Campus parking lot will be open for overflow parking for parents who want to attend the celebration. We will not allow parking in the pick-up zone in the McCarthey Campus south lot.

Do you need volunteers?

Members of the Home & School Association will be covering any volunteer duties for the 150th day of school.
